Wedding table plans
Directing your guests to the appropriate seat is essential for a smooth wedding breakfast, but it's also another opportunity to incorporate a statement piece.
Match with your welcome sign to create a consistent look throughout the venue, or go with a completely different style. Display your wedding table plan at the entrance to your wedding breakfast room or even better, in the drinks reception area so that your guests can peruse it before being asked to sit.
Designing your wedding table plan
Think about your colour scheme, do you want this to be a heavy feature on your wedding signage or do you want something more subtle?
Frosted recycled acrylic is a fabulous option if you want something understated yet elegant, blending perfectly with the venue. Or if you want to bring your colours through, then painted plywood is a stylish and impactful material. Orientation, headers, table names or numbers - the possibilities with design are really abundant. I can take the reins and suggest the full design or we can work together to create something totally unique.
What are the shapes, sizes and colour choices?
Your wooden wedding signs can be stained dark, kept pale or fully painted and the recycled frosted acrylic comes as is. I have a fabulous selection of shapes to choose from, which you can browse here. I can offer bespoke sizes, but as standard, the sizes come in A1, A2, A3, A4 & A5. Fabric options are abundant and you can find more information here.
When should you order your signage?
Book your wedding signage in as soon as you find the right supplier! On the day stationery is often thought to be left until last but your favourite suppliers will book up very quickly. I work 6-7 weeks in advance, requiring guest names & material choices in this period too. I do take on rush orders (anything within 6 weeks of the wedding date) but peak summer dates go very quickly. Get in touch as soon as you fall in love with a suppliers work!
